Steve Curran is a retired Navy Chief, former multi-site pastor, and co-founder 

of Khaki Consulting, where he helps business owners build teams they can 

actually trust.
With 23 years of military leadership and a Master’s in Christian Leadership, Steve equips leaders with practical tools and honest coaching to help them grow their influence and scale without burning out.

He believes leadership is sacred work—and that the best leaders fight for the highest possible good in the lives of those they lead. His speaking style blends real-world grit, clear frameworks, and stories that challenge and inspire.

When he’s not guiding CEOs or working with teams, you’ll find him mentoring students, exploring new food spots, or cheering on the Eagles.
