True Colors® Training: Understanding Personality for

Better Communication and Collaboration

True Colors® is an interactive and engaging training program designed to help individuals better understand themselves and others through the lens of personality temperament theory. By identifying core personality types—Blue, Gold, Green, and Orange—True Colors provides a simple, intuitive framework for improving communication, building stronger relationships, and fostering teamwork in both personal and professional settings.

During the training, participants explore their own personality style, gain insights into the motivations and needs of others, and learn practical strategies for navigating differences. The True Colors model promotes empathy, reduces conflict, and enhances collaboration by highlighting the value each personality brings to a team or organization.

Whether used for leadership development, team building, customer service, or conflict resolution, True Colors helps individuals and groups create more inclusive, productive environments where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected.

Key Takeaways:

  • Identify your unique personality spectrum
  • Understand how different temperaments perceive and respond to the world
  • Improve interpersonal communication and reduce misunderstandings
  • Strengthen collaboration across diverse teams
  • Enhance emotional intelligence and leadership capacity
