Tee Up with Us to Support Great Local Causes 

Coastal Community Health is proud to be hosting its second annual charity golf classic. This year we will be extending the fun with a post golf tournament reception open to the public. Show your support by playing in the tournament, becoming a sponsor, and/or donating to the raffle.

 In addition to supporting communitywide healthcare, proceeds will also benefit: 

-Golden Isles Veterans Village 

-Darien United Methodist Church Backpack Buddies 

-United Way of Coastal Georgia 

-Manna House of Brunswick 

Cost: $150 per person or $600 per foursome Includes greens fee, cart, polo shirt, swag bag, breakfast, bag lunch, reception, and prizes. 

$35 per non-golfer for the reception only (Live music and appetizers. Cash bar.)
