Salute to Summer Concert on Fort Stewart, 27 June

It is free and open to the public this year to thank our Service members and Families for their commitment and readiness to serve our nation, as well as forge bonds with our valued Coastal Georgia Community. The concert is a way to express our gratitude for our community’s continued support of the 3rd Infantry Division, our Special Operations, Coast Guard and supporting units all stationed here. The event includes a Fun Zone from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm and includes mechanical bull riding, rock walls, dunk tank, children’s inflatables, axe-throwing, jousting, and face painting. We’ll have two dozen commercial food trucks setting up (so far). There will be static displays of military armored vehicles throughout the venue and the finale will include a huge fireworks display. 

Public access will be Capt. Maurice Britt gate, off Old Sunbury Road, which opens at 3:30 p.m.
