  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register patients collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their appointment)
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and alert staff of their arrival
  • Provide information about our spa, available treatments, products and events
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Retail, Food and Beverage or similar role
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 hours per week

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
