What You’ll Be Doing👍

Greeting members and guests with a smile and positive attitude

Giving gym tours and confidently talking about our membership options

Managing leads and follow-up texts/calls to potential new members

Supporting members with account questions, class signups, and general assistance

Promoting gym challenges, referral programs, and local partnerships

Keeping our space clean, organized, and member-ready at all times

Collaborating with the team to hit weekly and monthly goals

Contributing to a culture of joy, motivation, and accountability

What We’re Looking For😃

Outgoing and enthusiastic personality

Sales and/or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with technology

Available for a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
