Sandra & Audy Davis opened Advantage Property Management in November 2010. Starting small in March of 2009, we worked with a few select clients who were military and had to move.  Having owned investment properties for several years, property management seemed a natural fit. Sandra has been a REALTOR® since 1997, becoming a broker in 2009.  

In addition to property management, we also offer full-service sales and real estate listing.  We would love to help you list your home for sale, or help you purchase a home.
